REFUND POLICY

At Cash Mall, we are committed to complying with the Australian Consumer Law.

Change of Mind
- We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind.
- Please choose carefully before completing your purchase.

Faulty, Damaged, or Not as Described Items
- If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or significantly not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- We may request clear photos, a description of the issue, and your order details to assess the claim.

Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund where required by law.

Return Approval Required
- Do not send any item back without contacting us first.
- Returns must be approved by Cash Mall before being sent back.

Condition of Returned Items
- Approved returns must be sent back in the same condition in which they were received, including any original packaging, accessories, authenticity documents, certificates, boxes, manuals, or included items where applicable.

Return Shipping
- If the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or not as described, Cash Mall will advise the appropriate return process.
- If a return is approved under Australian Consumer Law, we will confirm whether return postage will be covered or reimbursed as applicable.

Refund Processing
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
- If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Non-Returnable Situations
We may refuse a return where:
- the issue is not genuine
- the product has been damaged after delivery due to misuse, accidental damage, improper handling, or unauthorised alterations
- the item returned is not the same item that was originally supplied
