SHIPPING POLICY

We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.

Order Processing
- Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received and cleared.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- In some cases, additional processing time may be required for order verification, packaging, or high-value item handling.

Shipping Within Australia
- We currently ship Australia-wide.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.
- Delivery timeframes vary depending on the destination and carrier but are generally estimated at 2–7 business days after dispatch.
- Remote or regional areas may take longer.

Tracking
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details by email or SMS where available.

Signature on Delivery
- For security reasons, high-value orders may require signature on delivery.
- We recommend using a secure delivery address where someone is available to receive the parcel.

Authority to Leave
- Cash Mall may choose not to use authority to leave for certain items, especially high-value products, for security reasons.

Delays
- Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, weather events, or factors outside our control.
- Cash Mall is not responsible for shipping delays once an order has been handed to the carrier, but we will assist customers in following up where possible.

Lost or Damaged Parcels
- If your parcel arrives damaged, or if you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at info@cashmall.com.au or 02 4704 8558.
- We may ask for photos of the packaging and item to assist with a courier investigation.

Incorrect Shipping Details
- Customers are responsible for ensuring all delivery details are correct before completing the order.
- Cash Mall is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer.

International Shipping
- If international shipping is offered, any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or local charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
